Olek Bondonio, Langhe Rosso Giulietta 2025 JURA While others are ripping out

While others are ripping out vines due to the heat

bit of balsamic business

One of the top emerging grower producers

but picked perfectly and lifted by some leesy reduction

I can see this fitting dangerously into my go-to rotation

Olek Bondonio, Langhe Rosso Giulietta 2025 JURA While others are ripping outPlace: Piedmont, Italy Grape: Pelaverga Vibe: Spicy and Fresh Pelaverga, a local Piedmontese varietal that is light and spicy. Classically strawberry fruited with a cracked pepper thing going for it. Largely coming from Olek's prized Barbaresco Roncagliette site, this is about as good as it gets. A little tannin but it's already so well integrated and soft. A wine that can easily see you all the way from Salumi to Secondi. ABV: 13. 5%
